By accessing and using Pass Your PVOC ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pass Your PVOC is an online study platform providing practice questions for the Hong Kong Pleasure Vessel Operator Certificate of Competency (PVOC) Grade 2 examination. The Service is intended for educational purposes only.

3. No Guarantee of Exam Success

While we strive to provide accurate and helpful study materials, we do not guarantee that using our Service will result in passing the official MARDEP examination. Exam success depends on many factors including individual study habits and the official examination content.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Not share your account with others
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including questions, explanations, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute our question content
  • Use automated systems to scrape or copy content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not affiliated with the Hong Kong Marine Department (MARDEP).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
